Frequently Asked Questions
1: What is the secret to wedding planning?
Choose a beautiful, romantic setting and select a professional wedding officiant who
takes great pride in coordinating a perfect ceremony. Then everything else will fall
into place.

2:  Who or what is Angel-M-Enterprises?
Angel -M-Enterprises is owned and operated by an ordained minister and wedding
officiant, Rev. Mary V. Howell, who is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.
She is the only officiant at present but if she is unavailable she can usually assist in
finding others for you, and she plans to add a team of professional wedding officiants
in the near future so there is always someone available. Angel-M conducts
spiritual, religious and non-denonminational services under Temple of Light
Ministries.

3: What is the fee structure?
It depends on the package you choose. At this point we offer a variety of wedding
packages, ranging from $125--$700 and up.  We  have other services available
besides weddings, and fees can be discussed with Rev. Mary.

4: How long does the ceremony take?
Angel-M asks the Bridal Couple to budget at least 30--45 minutes for the entire
service, including the processional, entrance of Bride, ceremony, recessional and
signing of license.

5:  Do we have to memorize our vows?
No. You can participate in writing your vows but they will be "fed' to you during the
ceremony so you won't become confused or forget them.

6:Can we write our own vows and have friends and family do readings, etc?
You most certainly can.  Friends and family are encouraged to participate in "Your
Day"  if you wish them to, and Rev. Mary will assist you in every aspect of the
planning, at your request.

7: Can our children take part in the ceremony?
Of course. Special vows and ceremonies can be created just for them.

8: Can photos be taken during the ceremony?
Yes, if you wish. Angel M has no objections.

9:Is a rehearsal necessary?
Most Brides have at least one walk--through with her attendants prior to the
wedding so everyone will know what to do. Angel-M can assist you in planning
and staging the rehearsal and ceremony for an additional fee.

10:  What do the officiants wear to the ceremony?
Rev. Mary and all her associates wear clerical garb , usually, but if a couple is
having a "Theme" wedding, and are willing to furnish the costume, then Rev. Mary
will probably wear it.

11: Does the officiant stay for the dinner, reception?
Many would enjoy it but it would depend on the wishes of the Bridal Couple and if
the officiant has the time available. If you would like her/him to remain, then by all
means discuss it with the officiant at your conference  before hand.

12: What time does officiant arrive?
Between  15--30 ninutes  before the ceremony, usually. It depends on whether or
not the officiant has to assist the Bride with last minute details. An on-site phone
number and cell phone number should be given to  officiant so he/she can call if there
is any delay.

13:  Is a gratuity expected?
No. All expenses are taken care of in the fees. However, if you feel you would like
to express your gratitude for an excellent ceremony, you might send a thank-you card
along with a photo or leave a note of thanks on the web site where you found your
officiant so others can see it, or refer the officiant to a friend. You can do all of the
above, and it would be greatly appreciated. Tips are not expected but will usually be
accepted.

14:  Do we get to meet the officiant?
Yes. Rev. Mary likes to meet all her Bridal Couples before the ceremony to
assist them in creating a personalized one, and in the planning and staging, if
requested. Specific details of date/place/time can be worked out when you book her
services At the meeting you can make your deposit and the three of you will sign a
service agreement that states when and where the ceremony will be held, the type of
package being purchased and that  if Rev. Mary, for some reason, such as illness or
accident, cannot do the ceremony as agreed, she will  make every effort to  provide
another officiant so you won't be stranded on your "Special Day", or your money will
be refunded. If you live out of town, a meeting may not be possible, but Rev. Mary
can discuss your wishes with you by phone an  e--mail. She will be happy to send
you a contract to sign which you can return with your deposit or payment, then she
will send you a receipt for your payment.  However, dates and times are not booked
until payment is received.

15:  How do we book Rev. Mary or another officiant?
Contact her by phone or e-mail for a conference. Your wedding  date will tentatively
be reserved until you meet, and when your deposit is made it will be fully reserved.

16:  How long before a wedding should an officiant be booked?
At least 1-2 months so the officiant will have time to create your ceremony. The
sooner the better so your date can be reserved. Remember, when you plan your
day----you have to have an officiant or judge to make your marriage legal so you
should look for one as soon as you know the date of your marriage and choose one
with whom you are compatible ASAP.  Angel M will also do elopements if you
just want a quick, prewritten ceremony.

17:  Whereabout can we hold our ceremony?
Rev. Mary is licensed in Missouri and Kansas but some places may be too far for
her to travel to so you need to discuss city or town with her Angel M will do
weddings in most any setting----this can be discussed, also. with officiant
