Service Contract
Agreement

Officiant agrees to perform the requested ceremony/rehearsal on the  date and time
mentioned  in the contract at  the named location. The Officiant is guaranteed to be a
legally ordained minister , fully qualified to officiate at wedding ceremonies in
Missouri and Kansas. The Officiant will arrive between 15--30 minutes prior to the
start time of the ceremony and remain until all services are rendered as per request. If
the client requires additional services or extra time that are not mentioned in this
contract, such as additional time or meetings or rehearsals, there shall be additional
charges to those set forth in this contract, but this will be at the discretion of the
Officiant. The date and time and charges of any additional meetings or rehearsals
shall be agreed upon in advance, according to the availability of the Officiant, and
added as a codicil to this contract at any time.

Officiant shall arrive at the following address or l;ocation ------------------------

to ensure compliance with his/her overall schedule. The Bridal Couple understands
that they must adhere to these times, but they may be extended at Officiant's sole
discretion if Officiant's schedule permits.

If ceremony begins later than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time, and it is not the
fault of the Officiant, then client shall be charged $25 per half hour or any part of that
time that the  event is held up. This charge is expected to be paid before the event
begins, in cash only, or Officiant will not perform ceremony and all fees paid by client
are forfeited. Also, should the ceremony begin later than scheduled due to issues
beyond the control of the Officiant, clients agree that the contents of  the
ceremony/script may be spontaneously edited for time, as needed, solely at the
discretion of the Officiant.

"Editing" may include the deletion of any wording, the elimination or alteration of any
elements and/or readings, the substitution of wording/elements, etc., as the Officiant
deems necessary with the sole exception of those sections that may be required by law,
or the ceremony may have to be rescheduled. In either eventuality, the Officiant will
not be held liable for any costs of the ceremony or reception, or damages of any kind.   
If the client wishes to void this clause, and reserve the Officiant's services for the
entire day so that he/she will not schedule any other weddings and will be available in
case of delays, etc., there will be an additional charge of $250 from the hour of 10:00
am until 5 pm. From 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm the charge shall be $350, and this must be
agreed upon according to the availability of the Officiant at the time of reserving the
date, as the Officiant's availability for the entire day may change at any given future
date.


Upon signing this contract and receiving the  NON--REFUNDABLE
deposit/retainer fee, Angel M Enterprises will secure your requested date and time
on its calendar. The remainder of the balance, $ --------- is due no later than two
weeks prior to the date of the ceremony unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment may be made in full----------- at time of booking, if client wishes to do so.
Payments shall be made by cash, check or money order. If you pay by check and it is
returned as "non---sufficient funds," the returned check fee is $35 and further
arrangements  to pay for services shall be made in cash. If not paid in cash, the
Officient will not show up to perform the ceremony.If paying by Pay Pal and funds
are not in the Officiant's account within twenty four hours of signing this contract,
then the agreement is null and void and further arrangements must be made to pay in
cash.

If, for ,ANY reason, the Officiant cannot perform the services ordered, due to
illness, hospitalization, auto accident or transportation breakdown/disruption or any
other unforseen incapacitation or cause of non--arrival on day of ceremony, Angel M
Enterprises will make every attempt to provide for a substitute Officiant who can
perform the ceremony. If we are unable to do so, ALL monies paid to Angel M,
including the deposit, will be refunded.
In any event, Angel M Enterprises and Rev. Mary Howell  shall NOT be
held liable for any compensation or any damages due to  non--performance of any
ceremony/function resulting from such incapacitation, non--arrival,,late arrival errors
or omissions of any type. Angel M is not responsible for Acts of God or other
calamity that may result in the cancellation of the event. The clients and all their
attendees at their event agree to hold Angel M Enterprises and  Rev. Mary
Howell or employees and independent contractors, harmless from any liability
resulting from acts or omissions, all claims, loss or damage to persons or venue
property arising out of or connected with performing said services.

The clients understand and acknowledge that they are financially responsible for any
damage by them or any person in attendance at the event contracted for.. The clients
assume full liability for any and all mishaps. Clients also agree to take care of
reservations at venue unless Angel M's services as Wedding Planner are contracted
for and agreed upon beforehand. Clients also agree to have a backup plan in case of
inclement weather and the alternate location must not be more than 15-20 minutes
driving time away or Officiant may charge additional fees, especially if there is another
service booked that day and Officiant's time is limited. This is at his/her discretion.

Events cancelled within 30 days of event date  (                     ) will be subject to a
50% cancellation fee. This  does not include the  NON--REFUNDABLE
retainer fee. Events cancelled within 14 days of event date  (                        )  will be
subject to a 100% cancellation fee. These  cancellation fees are not a penalty but
rather shall be considered compensation to Officiant for loss of other business
opportunities. This forfeiture shall not apply if Officiant is able to secure another
booking for said date. These cancellation fees, excluding the NON  
REFUNDABLE retainer fee, also do not apply if either bride or groom
become seriously ill, or in an accident or, as in the case of military personnel, who are
ordered  to report to their duty stations earlier than expected, and proof of any of above
must be shown to Officiant.

The client has been informed and fully understands that if a valid marriage license is
not presented to the Officiant BEFORE the ceremony is performed, the Officiant
cannot perform a legally valid marriage ceremony. Any ceremony performed without
the presence of the license will be symbolic only, and will not result in the clients'
legal status as husband and wife. In the case of same sex ceremonies clients
understand that their ceremony is always symbolic since a marriage between same
gender is not recognized by either Missouri or Kansas. If Bridal Couple wishes to
file the license themselves this should be made know to Officiant at time of booking,
and a waiver signed stating that they are taking responsibility for the filing.

Clients agree to pay extra fees to Officiant for travel time and fuel costs as agreed
upon at time of booking. Clients agree to provide all materials for specialized
ceremonies, such as Unity Candles, matches, sand and container for sand ceremony;
flowers and vase for Rose Ceremony, etc., unless agreed upon by all parties at time of
booking, in which case there will be extra fees for materials and time provided by
Officiant..

If, after reserving your date with Angel M Enterprises, you choose to change the
date, time, ( by 30 minutes or more) or location ( by 30 minutes driving time or more for
the Officiant) for your ceremony the following will apply:  You will be entering into
a new contract with Rev. Mary Howell, and certain things may change, imcluding,
but not limited to:

(1) Price may change, based on additional travel time for the Officiant. In addition, if
the change is such that Rev. Mary Howell is not available for your new date and
time, you may be released from further obligation under this contract. In any case, the
retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
Clients understand and agree that any information given to Rev. Mary
Howell/Angel M Enterprises is completely confidential and will not be sold or
given without permission. Identity information, personal contacy information and/or
banking information will be kept in a secure file at Rev. Howell's office. The
informational obtained is used for the sole purpose of showing legal documentation in
accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and Church recording.
Clients also agree that severe alcoholic consumption  will not be allowed prior to and
during the ceremony in which it:
(A) Exceeds the legal limit to the point of public intoxication or:
(B) Causes a disruption in the services and the solemnity thereof whether they are
religious, spiritual or civil or:
(C) Causes a disruption in the time allowed for the services which may cause
Officiant to be late for another wedding, then not only is the deposit forfeited but any
other funds paid as well, as the event may have to be scheduled for a later date or time,
and Rev. Howell has the option of not rescheduling at all.
It is further agreed that any photographs taken during the ceremony will be limited to
those taken by the professional photographer as he/she knows how to get the best shots
without disrupting the services. If there is no professional photographer available and
photographs will be taken by a family member, it is agreed that only ONE person
will take photograps and that person will meet with the officiant before the ceremony
so Officiant can guide him/her in how not to disrupt the services or detracr from the
splemnity.

Rev. Mary Howell of Angel M Enterprises respectfully requests that she be
given a small photo or two of your wedding, if photos are taken,  to be put upon her
web site for advertising purposes, and if so given, upon signing this contract, to release
and indemnify Rev. Mary Howell and Angel M Enterprises from and against any
and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or
sustained in connection with the use of the undersigned's likeness,and that no agents
have made any representation, warranty or guaranty to said parties, and that the use of
the undersigned's likeness is for advertising purposes only and is granted to the Rev.
Mary Howell without any compensation. This consent may be withdrawn at any
time if you give notice in writing, and allow considerable time for the withdrawal of any
likeness from advertising.  If several photos are sent to Officiant, she will use them to
design and create a memorable copy of the ceremony script and send to the Bridal
Couple as her gift to them. It is not a condition of the contract that the photos be
given----it is only a request.


You acknowledge that you have read this contract before signing below.
You acknowledge receipt of a true and completely filled in copy of this contract and
everything is to your specifications and satisfaction, and agreed upon during contract
negotiations.

A breech of this contract will result in a formal documented letter of each item
or section breeched and sent to all parties involved in the contract. If no
response is noted, further action will take place until an appropriate agreement
has been reached to the satisfaction of all parties.
